Custom orders cannot be canceled once item has been made or is in process
All orders are custom made. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS or EXCHANGES allowed. Before ordering, please read listing instructions and the "note to seller" thoroughly to avoid any mistakes.
For custom orders, if an error is made on our end, we will ship out a replacement order at no charge within 24-48 hours of notice. If an error was made on your end, we will ship you a replacement at a discounted rate within 24-48 hours. Just send us an email and we will work through the details.The customer can choose to either store credit or send it back so that I can make the correct order/make an new item. To be able to choose either option, the customer must send me proof,
+ photos of damaged product
+postage on original shipping box
to back up your claim.
If you are approved, I will start the process and complete your original order or credit you for your next purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
